At Clarix Pakistan, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sale events or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–9 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 2,500.
- A standard shipping fee will apply to orders below PKR 2,500 and will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment with the assigned courier.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make up to three delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Clarix Pakistan is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Order Changes & Cancellation
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Requests can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Our team will review your request and arrange a suitable resolution.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Courier operational issues
- Public holidays
- High order volumes
- Natural disasters or government restrictions
Clarix Pakistan is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
